I fish a lot weather permitting. I most often release what I catch but sometimes the fish swallow the hook so I harvested them because more than not they die. The fish stew recipe I got off of UTube looks delicious. Maybe you would like to try it out . It is something different and is a good substitute to beef which is out of reach for some people because of the price
