New machines and technology have been putting people out of work for hundreds of years,

but we still have almost enough work for most people.

Technology is not the problem. Selfish shortsighted people are the main problem. I think we need to focus on helping the poor and jobless. Instead of investing so much in AI, we should invest more in educating our children and helping the jobless find good jobs.
