I am an ex smoker.....I quit a long long time ago, though....and am glad to be rid of the habit....

But, many people have a super difficult time getting rid of their nicotine habit....whether it is "Chew" or "Smoking" it.....

The movies of the 50's and early 60's were full of cigarette smoking people....and prior, in the 40's there were ads featuring a doctor telling you that cigaretes were good for your health.....I think they thought it was a precursor to the drug....Xanax or Valium......
