I am looking for the correct address - from the NAVY JAG website. Sorry but husband was thoroughly briefed on this - what his sworn oath actually meant. He just didn't repeat the words and that was it. If the military is not living up to their sworn duty to the US Constitution that is on them. In today's atmosphere, that wouldn't surprise me. Can't find the exact page I was on. If I find it I'll let you know.
