revolution to install the Shah. Mossadegh was elected by the Iranian populace. He wanted to nationalize Iran’s oil. That sealed Mossadegh’s fate. I think the main operative for the overthrow was Kermit Roosevelt. Or Wild Bill Donovan. The Shah was installed. So too was the brutal SAVAK. The clergy took advantage of the populations hatred. The Shah fled to the US. His pompous son wants to be the Shah.
