I prefer Smithfield, biscuit sandwiches, and a bottle of Lillet thoroughly chilled. And of course some choral oratorio liturgical chants en a cappella. One only can be holy with a proper thematic frame of consciousness. And good food, vino, and deep seated music can that vaunted state of the soul. All is well with one’s soul.
