Tesla makes all their cars fast and fun to drive.

The old GM EV1 was a boring little economy car. It only appealed to people who really wanted an EV.

Some Tesla buyers like their Tesla just because it's fast and fun tot drive. They might like it even if it was gas powered.

Sometimes I see Tesla drivers smoking cigarettes at EV charging stations. Cigarettes smokers don't fit the typical stereotype of an environmentalist. They might buy a Tesla even if it had a gas engine.
