And I don’t do anything except maintain my property. Which is damned near fulll time. I do hire help to weed eat at the dry season. That’s a full 2 to 3 day affair. And a contractor every so often to do new construction and maintain what is in need. But I’m slowly abandoning this place. I don’t want any responsibilities.
