Stock it with all the animals of that time and all the supplies needed to support everyone onboard for the voyage. How long was everyone onboard? My guess is they needed a mother load of supplies. Make sure the crew compliment is the size of Noah and his crew. Eight was it? That should be enough to run and maintain a ship of that size and tend to all the animals for a lengthy cruise. The visitors? Well there were none on Noah's cruise so they will just have to fend for themselves. Bring their own food. Sorry, no laundromat services available. Bring a washboard. Bathing is a problem but a tight fitting nose clip for those aromatic days should work out just fine.
Finish the trip off by docking on a mountain. Surely we can find something that is like Ararat. No actual docks allowed BTW. I don't think there was a convenient dock just waiting around for Noah and the gang to come to rest on or by or whatever.
I am for authenticity myself. Make it is real as possible. Wait a minute. Is it possible? That is the question. Or maybe, just maybe, it's a story. Just a story and not a historical account of actual events.
But if you really think it happened make a reenactment as real as possible. Really real. None of this hoofing around the decks of onboard a ship that sits safely on dry land. Live the experience. No life preservers or life boats allowed. Prayers should be enough to see everyone safely through.
That should get the adrenaline flowing. No special effects needed for the adventure of a life time. Everyone, get ready to sign up!
