but for lack of jobs offering livable wages. And so much wealth has been sucked/vacuumed up to the top .05%. As for Woodland Hills, an affluent community, my sympathies. They don’t want the rift raft and drugs/crime. Nor the negative impact upon property values. The system need to revamp. The banks, the realtors, insurance, the construction industry must move toward smaller homes in tiny home communities that have the amenities/facilities. Community center, pool, parking, law and order, public transportation. My Senior Living complex is very much like what I just described. Small cottages, a community center, a smallish bus that goes all over town. It’s maintained, secure, no drugs (prescribed). The system has its economic grip on the “loan/debt industry”. Thats the problem. Downsize the dream in order to avoid a major socio/economic nightmare.
