Women have abandoned their wifely role as the nurturer, mother, and keeper of the hearth. Most important they reneged on being actual 24/7 mothers. All because the likes of Gloria Steinem exhorted homemakers to envy and become one of the ‘guys’. What is the result? Neurotic suicidal deranged druggy unhealthy children loosed upon society. Another effect….wages for the male worker decreased. The former take home pay was whittled away. Yep, that two income household equals what was once the purchasing power of one male daddy. The bigger trouble for the nation is the destruction of our cultural stability, and law and order. Particularly for Black Americans whose welfare checks pushed daddy out of the house and onto the streets. And the middle class whites are barely holding on. Thats the sorry picture begun with the Suffragettes. This empowerment given uppity(sp) equal opportunity voting to the emotional ‘better’ half. But then again my narrow mind wishes property owners only can vote.
