Sock puppets are not allowed. People here are not allowed to use more than one handle in a thread to make it seem like they are more then one person.

There is a gray area between those two extremes. I never made any rule saying exactly how often people are allowed to change their handle.

Considerate people usually post a short announcement when they change handles, but that's not required.

If you suspect someone is using Sock puppets or secretly changing their handle, it's best to email me.
