I always think that people who seem to mostly complain have chosen to become weak, maybe even useless, victims. There is always something that can be done to address problems more effectively.

People who are successful in the business world learn quickly that success is more likely when the boss is approached not only with a problem or a complaint, but with a suggestion or an idea that is helpful.

As Benjamin Franklin said:

“Any fool can criticize, condemn and complain - and most fools do.”

A caution because the internet thrives on complaints and sooner or later we can all be great victims.
