If the air is already dirty, that doesn't give people the right to add more pollution and make the air even worse with 2nd hand smoke in buildings. They should smoke outside.

I've been breathing Los Angeles air for over 60 years. It's not as bad as it used to be.

When I was younger we had more smog and I was a competitive swimmer for 7 years. I did hard swimming workouts 5 days a week even when it was very smoggy.
