is perfectly legal

it's how people use that platform that can cause problems. Common sense isn't common. It doesn't matter if you were just setting up a prank for a reel... someone gets hurt, you're liable.

I think TikTok should take more responsibility for their content.

They should ban more of those dangerous or harmful videos.

but in my experience, reporting things doesn't matter.

YouTube "Prankster" Shot in the Chest During "Prank"

The "Prank" was misunderstood. The victim thought it was real and shot the "Prankster" in self defense. The shooter was found not guilty.

The "Prankster" is not stopping. He is going to commit more "Pranks".
