Notice how many threads are no responses or just one response?

Very few elicit any response en mass. Why? Because one cannot at first glance see the entire thread run. Why have the extra step to open the heading to get to responses. Also, one must remember the number of responses so as not to waste time opening it. Tye R&E political board is busier.

So what, not every post is going to interest everyone.

GOG, I have a fair number of posts that are not responded to. It ha never bothered me. What fascinated me is when my post catches on.

Perhaps ridiculous thread openings are the cause. The format is almost ideal.

Do you see the "Expand All" button at the top?

Click the "Expand All" or "Collapse All" button at the top to expand or collapse all threads.

Some people were annoyed by having to skip over big monster threads, so that's why I added the "Expand All" or "Collapse All" buttons.

I could change it back and make all threads expanded.
