You start with a whole chicken you cut the tail part out . Then you rub it down with any spices you like butter . Then you get a can of beer pour about half of it out and put more spices in the beer. Then you put the beer can in chickens tail and sit it on the grill on low heat . The beer in the can steams the meat and it falls off the bone. You can put barbecue sauce on it if you like.
