anyone and everyone who wishes to just walk in. Invoking the Statue of Liberty as the touchstone. The darling of self hating whites. Norman Rockwell’s paintings were about family, home and hearth, holidays, and playful family scenes. A far cry from that table seating a bunch of scurrilous looking men. Where are the women and children. The painting symbolically suggests America is the turkey. And is a metaphor for the white stupidity. Or is that George Soros? Thanks for the pic. It’s provocative.

I am not big on "celebrating diversity", especially not just for the sake of "diversity".

You obviously have been indoctrinated into thinking diversity is a good and desirable thing. It's really a plot to suck stupid people into going along with the marked dumbing down of our nation. Going from #1 to #40 in education is a precipitous and catastrophic tumble.

The word "diversity" includes, implies and breeds "division", as we see manifested in the vast number of muslims in Michigan and Minnesota, and in the white nations of Europe whose native populations are headed below 50%.

My idea of "diversity" was Cleveland, Ohio, where I had first- and second-generation friends from Latvia, Poland, Italy, Greece, Serbia, Hungary, Armenia, England, etc. A rich cultural experience. No wonder the Cleveland Orchestra is the finest in the world.

I am quite content with Western Civilization, and I don't really need an encroaching, needy world cocktail to "feel good" about myself.

BTW, I have black friends who have risen to the challenge of opportunity offered in America and are doing quite well. I have respect for people who strive for self-reliance. Black Americans are just as much native Americans as whites ... we all came from somewhere else several centuries ago.

Illegal aliens are a blight.

I have friends around the world, from all walks of life, in many colors, of different religions and cultural traditions. When one or more get together, we have no problem gathering around the table.

The image is a painting titled "Welcome All!" by artist and SUNY Empire State College assistant professor Raul Manzano.
The painting is a reimagining of Norman Rockwell's iconic 1943 work, "Freedom from Want", which depicted an American family Thanksgiving.
