Senate Passes Boscola Bill To Further Protect Bald & Golden Eagles ...
The Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act (16 U.S.C. 668-668d), enacted in 1940, makes it illegal to take, possess, sell, or transport bald or golden eagles, including their feathers, parts, nests, or eggs, without a permit. "Taking" includes killing, wounding, or disturbing them, with violators facing up to $100,000 in fines and one year in prison.
What about protecting our citizens from illegal criminal aliens?
