I know it's purposeful, bombarding people with "shock and awe" tactics hoping we'll just get used to it. I will NEVER get used to it and can't wait for changes in the administration

I split time between the US and Japan these days. In Japan? No change. I feel pretty safe all the time: very little crime, and the big geopolitical threat (China) is still a ways away from blowing everything up here.

In the US? Markedly less so. If there really are Iranian sleeper cells in the US, they are unquestionably in "active" mode right now.
