California is one of the most wonderful places on earth is why people want to live there. Unfortunately when everyone wants a ps of it the costs go up.
For instance lake front property is worth more than property a mile away in most cases. Land value in California is worth a lot more than land in A Texas desert where you smell a oil refinery 24 7

Factories
Power stations
Roads
etc

Planet Earth cannot possibly support 8 billion elephants.

California is only wonderful for the rich. What was once a great place to live is gone to hell. I would emigrate but for my age. Please ICE, sweep through my region and clean out the Cartel. More and more vehicles with illegal fully tinted windows. They act like they own this rural area.
