Medicare for all or no health insurance at all

We have millions of people in this country who can’t afford health insurance. There are people who could afford health insurance but don’t buy it because if they have a very high medical bill they just go bankrupt .
Our soldiers and all our goverment workers have goverment health insurance and it is paid by the taxpayers so in my opinion what’s good for the gander is good for the goose

I thought the Affordable Care Act was supposed to fix that??

All I know is that my health care premiums at least doubled when that happened.

What will having the government "fix" healthcare do for us this time? Extended wait periods? Even higher medicare part B premiums? No thanks.

we could not afford medical coverage for several years. It was terrifying to know at any minute we could be in serious trouble physically and financially

The ACA saved both mine and my husband's life literally.

This nation is bankrupt. I’m not blaming the social programs. It’s one damned war after another. Not to mention $Billions of grant money flushed down the political rathole of Wokism. Utterly wasteful culture. Stupid. Out of touch with the coming reckoning.

ALL political ideologies are fallacious. None of them could ever possibly work because they are over-simplifications, shortcuts to finding real solutions to real problems. Socialist countries have uniformly failed.

That does NOT mean that socialist ideas are all worthless; it is that Socialism as an over-arching ideology, a framework for politics, is an utter failure. Surely some components of society are better handled collectively, such as the highway system. Even these are NOT exclusively socialistic, as the ideologues insist. Every part of the successful economic system contains collective and individualist elements.

Socialism is antithetical to Democracy. A truly socialist democracy is a contradiction in terms: Socialism implies state ownership and control of ALL means of production, including the media of communication, news, etc. When the socialists took over Venezuela, one of the first things they did was to close all private TV stations, newspapers, etc. THIS is how socialism must work BY DEFINITION.

Furthermore, Socialism is death to innovation and innovators. Name some non-military technical advances that came from socialist nations. There are almost none. Socialism is, in fact, nearly identical to Marxism.

Marxism is to Economics what the Perpetual Motion Machine is to Physics. Consider the Perpetual Motion Machine as described in many places under the rubric "Free Energy". It offers GREAT opportunities for technology: Cars, Planes, Homes, Factories all running without fuel. What a miracle! No more energy problems! It is a great idea except for ONE FACT. Not one single SUCCESSFUL Perpetual Motion Machine has ever been demonstrated.

Marxism might be attractive except for ONE FACT. Not one single SUCCESSFUL Marxist nation exists or has ever existed. Why in Hell would we want to try a system that has failed 100% of the times it has been tried? Would you go to a doctor who killed 100% of patients?

Marxism has been tried in nations comprising billions of persons and has failed utterly. Why should we try a FAILED economic system?
