Put the little criminal in the klink until he agrees to answer questions. It's all in civil discovery law.

You cannot plead the 5A in a civil hearing. The 5A protects you only in criminal cases. A witness must answer questions truthfully in civil discovery.

For example, in a divorce hearing, you can't plead 5A. If you don't answer questions, the judge can hold you in contempt and put you in a holding cell or jail until you agree to answer questions. If you lie and are caught in a lie, the judge can find you in criminal contempt and perjury and sentence you 2 or more years in jail.

We want to know what this little demented f**ker did to our people, nation and the world.

Not sure blanket pardons are valid ... a pardon applies only to a known convicted crime.

While I agree with 99.9 of Mondo’s posts, we have different opinions about Kohberger and those four murders in Idaho. He thinks Kohberger did. I see evidence as presented by researchers and the state’s own forensic evidence that more than one person was involved. And likely as many as four perps.
