The dangers of surrounding yourself with "Yes Men"

I realize this is a cartoon, but it's also a real life problem. It's not limited to just corporations. Special interest groups, car enthusiast groups and political groups make the same mistake.

Saying no can get one blackballed. Censored. Even jailed. Or worse.

The Covid era comes to mind. Rational opposition makes one not a team player. Human nature 101.

Business leaders and political leaders should try to welcome opposing views from people who work for them.
