Theistic evolution is false

It really is.

How so?

evolution has no need of god(s).

And it happens anyway.

Oh well.

no two word answers or videos. If you want discussion, that's my rule

Devo is short on depth.

Kind-a like Lucky.

Same issues over and over.

With Devo, it's beliefs.

With Lucky, it's the price of gas.

You mean to say YOU are short on depth

I've contributed plenty to here. On this board.

You have contributed plenty of ...

... redundancy.

We heard you more than twice the first time.

We got it.

Should we start a retirement fund for you?

I'm not redundant, though

Far from it, actually.

I think you have ADD ...

... and are not aware of yourself.

Have you been diagnosed?

When I was younger, I had ADHD

Happy now?

It seems to have progressed with age.

you know Mondo, I hadn't considered that

but it kinda fits

Remember Bauer? Of course you do, everyone does.

Devo is Bauer II.

I've finally decided to no longer engage with that one.

I appreciate that his repetitive posts are at least on-topic (and not poorly-disguised American partisan politics...), but he doesn't engage in any measurable depth and is immune to correction. There's no point.

I'm occasionally tempted...like just above in that latest iteration in the long line of "do you believe in God" spam. There's a long-ish back and forth between him and *= (Allah Fubar) about the teleological argument that I could absolutely settle (well-trodden philosophical ground...), but somehow at this stage of my life I've developed something resembling willpower.

Discretion is ...

... the better part of valor.

I have virtually abandoned the R&E Political Discussion Board ... there's nothing to discuss. Aimless chatter.

Just got back from a week at The Breakers ... rejuvenated and further distanced from politics... except for things that really matter.

Our 2nd favorite place on Earth. First is home.

(Check out JuJu's coin bracelet ... I made it for her. 7 century+ gold coins: UK (1878 half sovereign), Austria (1892 4 Florin/10 Francs), Belgium (1914 20 Francs), France (1906 20 Francs), Russia (1898 5 Roubles), Switzerland (1922 10 Francs), and USA (1905 $2.50). 14K bezels and jump rings for strength and durability. 14K guard chain from Indonesia. 18K Chiampesan bracelet from Italy. Gold solder 1x1mm chips. Flux. Butane torch. Dremel finishing tools. Careful details. Love. Success.)

At first, I couldn't get the gold solder chips and flux to flow into the jump ring closure ... it kept falling off. Then, I carefully inserted the chips between the closure ends, applied a bit of flux and touched the area briefly with the torch. Voila!. A light buffing of the welds with the Dremel. Fait accompli!. Schlumberger would have approved.

It takes a while for them to load - maybe a minute or two
