1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 small box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 deep dish pie shell
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together pineapple, vanilla pudding mix, and lemon juice until smooth. Prick pie shell. Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until crust is golden.
Cool completely before serving. Serve with a dollop of Cool Whip on top.
