4 center cut loin pork chops
4 potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper pork chops and brown in large skillet with a lid. When brown on both sides, top with peeled, sliced potatoes. May need more potatoes, depending on their size. Skillet should be rather full. Pour cream of mushroom soup over all. Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour.
