DOLLAR FUDGE
4 1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
3 (12 oz.) pkgs. German sweet chocolate
1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
2 cups chopped nuts
pinch salt
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Boil together sugar, salt, butter, and milk for 6 minutes. Pour syrup into large bowl over chocolate bits, chocolate and marshmallow cream.
Add nuts. Beat until chocolate is melted and pour into 13x9 buttered pan. Let stand several hours before cutting. Store in a tin box. Makes 5 lbs.
