2 tbsp. oil
2 cans French cut string beans
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 shakes parsley
1 c. potato per person
1/2 c. tomato sauce
Slightly brown garlic in the heated oil.
Immediately add grated cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. As soon as you smell the cheese add in the 2 cans of the French cut string beans, water and all. Add in 1/2 can Del Monte tomato sauce.
Simmer for 5 minutes, add in the cut potatoes.
Cover and cook until potatoes are soft enough to eat. Serve over hard bread, add red crushed pepper if preferred.
