1 package chocolate Jello
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tub Cool Whip
1 shortbread pie crust
Add 1 1/2 cups milk to chocolate Jello mix, stir for 1 minute. Add softened cream cheese and blend until smooth.
Fold in 1/2 tub of Cool Whip. Spread mixture evenly in pie crust and refrigerate until set.
Use remaining Cool Whip as pie topping.
Enjoy!
Cook's Note: For extra chocolate flavor, use an Oreo Pie Crust!
