An illegal migrant from Mexico has been federally charged for allegedly trafficking more than 60 pounds of powdered fentanyl into Oregon. Jose Ivan Iribe Camorlinga was living illegally in Oakland, Calif.

Oregon, a Democrat supermajority state, has laws banning local law enforcement from cooperating with federal authorities on apprehending illegal foreign national criminals.

Three milligrams of fentanyl is enough to kill an adult male, meaning that the amount found through the arrest could cause over 13 million overdose deaths.
