Israel controls the skies over Iran with impunity. Iran has asked Qattar, Oman and others to call for a cease fire. Doesn't sound like they are winning to me.

Probably the only help they will get from the US will be the B52s and the bunker busters to destroy the nuke labs buried deep in the mountains of Iran. Israel is taking care of everything else...
