room. Three of them are openly bleeding. Five of them
are obviously malnourished and sick. The others show
no apparent signs of illness or injury...

Holding firm to the hypocritical oath, who are your
very first patients, or do you check all their papers
first, and are they their Citizenship papers or their
insurance papers?

I only ask because when I first came to this country,
before the Great War, I was not welcomed with open
arms, but after Ellis Island I was allowed to stay…

Are you descended from similar immigrant genes, or
