Im glad for you but fuck no i aint better off. property taxes aint down, food aint down, electricity aint down, gas is down a little but still too high, insurance costs aint down, satilla remc just stole our capital credits they refund every year, fertilizer is sky high, all that great shit is just off the top of my head.
