Congress has become totally dysfunctional. The House has become filled with characters who are totally incompetent and in the Senate the same ineffective Senators get elected over and over again.

Let each state government themselves.

By dumping Congress the taxpayers can save a ton of money. Congress is the biggest tax burden for Americans.
