I think it’s citizens are the responsibility
of the leader of a nation, whether he be
elected, chosen and installed, or just
took power, like some do…

If I were the leader of a nation, and I knew that there
were a lot of drug addicts in my nation, and there’ve
been a lot of drug addicts in my nation for many years,
I would have a plan ready to deal with all of those who
have become addicted to the dangerous drugs which
I am depriving them of by my bombing attacks which
may be outside the rule of law, but hey, any clown off
the street will tell you that if the addict don’t get to
take the drugs, there’s gonna be danger.
