just a few days ago he was badmouthing republicans for saying the constitution didnt allow him to wage war without congressional approval.

a year ago it was for him not allowing due process when deporting invaders and nullifying free speech on college campuses.

now me personally i dont think non citizens have or should have our rights but the us supreme court says they do.
