Trump is using the same playbook as all demagogues. Catering to the lowest instincts of fear, greed and racism to whip up his followers into an angry mob.

The same playbook George Wallace used to inflame racism in Alabama. Same with Lester Mattox and his axe handles campaign stunts (remember that?) And to a lesser degree Republicans in general.
