the ATC person was handling multiple jobs
simultaneously, which may have done much
to contribute to the accidental collision and
the ensuing loss of life…

I wonder if it can be in any way related to the
reduction in the workforce, which had resulted
from people not showing up for work because
they weren’t being paid because the position
was not being funded because the president
decided to make his decision?
