My concern, as is often the case, is with the
individual with that slight mental disorder
coupled with the need n desire to inflict harm.

You know, there are some people like that n
some swell the ranks of Law Enforcement.


That being said, shocking as it may be, it’s a
sure bet it beats the snot out of being shot
