I had at one time strongly believed a secure
border was necessary for a secure nation.

September 11 changed my thinking on that.

I do not Support support policies, which would
weaken our already porous southern border,
but when I looked to the north, my concerns
for a strong border policy are shaken.
I know a wall won’t work.

And when I look to the West and the far East….
