My PC tells me the eclipse here will occur at approximately 7:05 PM. That will put it a bit West of where me n my eyes'll be. Hope I get to see mor'n clouds n hills. We all know who is the only one immune to eye damage n it's not me or you.

April 8, 2024. Here are the key timings for this celestial event:
Partial Eclipse Begins: At 1:47 pm local time, the moment when the edge of the Moon touches the edge of the Sun (also known as first contact) will mark the start of the partial eclipse.
Maximum Eclipse: The deepest point of the eclipse, with the Sun at its most hidden, will occur at approximately 3:05 pm local time.
Partial Eclipse Ends: By 4:20 pm, the edge of the Moon will leave the edge of the Sun, concluding the partial eclipse.
