For years, Georgia Gun Owners members have stood shoulder-to-shoulder and stopped “Red Flag Gun Seizure” laws from advancing in Atlanta.
But now the Radical Left is trying to use the violence that their own policies unleashed to build momentum for gun control next session.
Senator Elena Parent and Rep. Michelle Au are already working behind the scenes to build critical mass on SB-92 -- a sweeping ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ bill -- in 2026.
And this time, they’re pointing to the violent crimes committed by leftist agitators as their excuse.
👉 The murder of Charlie Kirk. 👉 The murders at the Minnesota Catholic school. 👉 The attacks on multiple ICE facilities. 👉 Two deadly church attacks in recent weeks.
They’re trying to spin these horrific events into “proof” that law-abiding Georgians need to be disarmed.
TELL THE LEGISLATURE: VOTE NO ON RED FLAGS! We know better.
‘Red Flag’ laws are dangerous and unconstitutional.
They allow someone who doesn’t like you -- a bitter ex, a liberal neighbor, a political opponent -- to file a complaint and have your firearms seized without a crime, without charges, without a conviction.
These laws shred the Bill of Rights:
No due process. Guns can be confiscated before you’ve had a day in court.
No right to face your accuser. Hearings are secret, often ex-parte.
No limits. Judges can rubber-stamp orders that last for a year or longer.
Lifetime bans. Once you’re in the system, it’s almost impossible to claw your rights back. SB-92 is the worst attack we’ve seen yet, and if the Left succeeds in 2026, Georgia will be dragged into the same mess we’ve watched unfold in blue states across the country.
We must stop it again.
