We all remember well the ‘Civil’ * W.A.R. and
and almost all of the wars since then that
we have engaged in and managed to win,
but what about the others, like Carters or
Reagan and Panama, when congress n
the constitution can seem to be ignored?

That was then and a lot of democrats and of Carter.
I prefer to ignore Reagan War, and the Bush wars,
either or, and not even begin to acknowledge the
aggressive moves pulled from what all’s stowed
in the Trump bin of military strikes -
