92 right now and the japs, europeans, and president puss have already released reserves and that is factored in. i doubt very seriously anyone is left to release any except china and i am positive they are keeping theirs for china.
and the europeans are already low on nat gas etc having sanctioned their main supplier russia. and pledged to completely remove themselves from russian energy by 2027. so no gas from quatar for europe nd the russians are saying they aint waiting to 2027 to get cut off, they cutting off as soon as they find a new market in asia most likely to sell theirs to.
