his drugs r prescription or experimental
and he exercises a modicum of control
over you and your life.

how many of your many booze imbibing
buddies are more likely to say or do any
kind of something quite detrimental or
driving while under the influence when
compared to the number for your pot
smoking buddies who are subjecting
other people to similar dangers and
activities ?

I still find the typical drunk very difficult to
carry on any intelligent conversation with
and will try to prevent him from driving a
motorized vehicle or using an electric or
gas powered tool, or gun or sharp knife…

That being said, can you get you a scrap piece of
paper n calculate some of the sum of costs being
incurred by the ongoing forces necessary for the
accomplishment of the apprehension, prosecution,
and incarceration of any offenders when added to
New Jobs and Tax Funds created for America and
the Americans who live there -
