Stupid and it’s -ity are bi-Partisan, often crossing lines
usually drawn by ethnicity, genetic coding or religious
preference, as well as the many -ologies n -isms that
are available to interested practitioners.

Actually Republicans are in 2nd place making them the 2nd dumbest. Democrats have had 1st place sowed up for ever and ever. Any party that can't define what a woman or man is are sure enough dumb which makes democrats the dumbest people.
