FEMA head teleports to Waffle House in Rome GA

Let's all hope for a calm hurricane season, one where we don't need help from FEMA.
Gregg Phillips is in charge of response and recovery at FEMA

He was in his car 50 miles away when he was suddenly transported against his will into a ditch near the Rome Waffle House.

He said it was "no fun, but an icrediible adventure." Workers at Waffle House have no memory of the incident.
