Whole Lot of Life

Every once in a while, I have to take a moment
to think of how unique the life that has existed
on this planet I live upon is and how many years
it has taken for some of its life to rise to the level
of current technological wonder, and how easy
it would be to destroy it with the push button,
or the bruising of an ego…

Naaww. No one would start a war
because their feelings got hurt
