He was found guilty of sexual abuse of a minor for an ongoing relationship with a 14 year old. He was sentenced to 2 years, but the judge immediately suspended the sentence and said he’s free as long as he doesn’t violate certain terms - the main one being not to approach minors “with sexual intentions.”
The mother of the victim was convicted of sex trafficking of a minor and is going to prison for 10 years.
